Refund & Exchange Policy

Every Blooming Treasure arrangement is hand-designed to order with fresh flowers, so we do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges within 1 day

If something is not right with your flowers, contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery or pickup and we will exchange the arrangement. Call 443-930-5040 or email bloomingtreasureshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the arrangement.

Delivery

We hand-deliver locally from our studio in Gwynn Oak, Baltimore, MD. Orders placed by 3pm are delivered the same day, 7 days a week. We do not ship flowers by mail or parcel carrier.

Delivery details

Please double-check the recipient's name, address and phone number when you order. If you need to change a delivery detail, call us at 443-930-5040 as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order goes out.
