At Blooming Treasure, every arrangement is handcrafted to order with fresh, perishable flowers. Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Your happiness still matters to us, and we will always make it right when something is wrong with your order.
Our Freshness & Quality Guarantee
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To resolve it quickly, please:
- Reach out within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
- Share your order number.
- Include a clear photo of the arrangement so we can assess the issue.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after an order has been placed or delivered.
- Incorrect delivery details (address, recipient, or date) provided at checkout.
- Failed delivery because no one was available to receive the order.
- Natural variation in flowers — substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when a specific stem or color is unavailable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are in preparation or out for delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
